All groups will have the opportunity to discover the Cartagena’s colonial streets on two wheels. Get ready to cycle around the walls, catch a Caribbean sunset and see Manga’s stunning port, before finishing the day off with a fresh tropical juice back at the school.

This tour in the modern city of Medellin is also a wonderful experience; you will learn more about the best place to go: the famous Parque Lleras, the Poblado Park, the trendy neighbourhood of Provenza, and many other places.

We actively encourage our students to familiarise themselves with the all aspects of Colombianos life. That’s why we’ll mix daily classes with tropical fruit tastings with Cartagena’s iconic palenqueras, as well as cultural excursions to the Museo de Oro (Gold Museum). We won’t miss the opportunity to visit the typical market food with our guide.

In Medellin we’ll do workshops with university students, we’ll taste all kind of coffes from the region. We will discover the culture of the “paisas”.

All students have the chance to attend our in-house cinema club, for free, an ideal gateway to discover the Spanish language and unique Colombian culture. Refreshments will be provided during the screenings and students can take part in a film analysis discussion afterwards.

We’ll have you dancing like a Latin local in no time! Salsa, merengue, cumbia, vallenato, bachata, champeta, mapalé, reggaetón - take your pick of tropical rhythms, or feel free to try a bit of everything.

Take advantage of being by the Caribbean coast by learning or practising how to kite surf, dive or windsurf.

You simply can’t leave Cartagena without experiencing a Chiva Rumbera, a traditional party bus that comes with a live band, free flowing rum and lots of fun. The tour ends with a stopover in one of Cartagena’s best clubs.

From the colonial city of Santa Marta (4 hours by car/bus from Cartagena), you can visit one of the most amazing places of Colombia: the Tayrona Park. This popular national park has over 15.000 hectares of rainforest, bays, beaches, and coral reefs. One can also encounter here more than 100 species of mammals, 200 species of birds, 50 species of reptiles, and some impressive archeological sites built by the Tayrona Indians.
